After both parties agree, we’ll finalize the contract to move the sale forward smoothly.

THE ROAD TO CLOSING

Congratulations on accepting an offer! You're now in the final stages of your selling journey. Before closing, both you and the buyer will need to finalize a checklist of tasks. A few days before closing, we’ll coordinate with the closing company to confirm everything is set. If you haven’t already, this is also the time to finalize your moving arrangements so the buyer can take possession as scheduled.

CLOSING

You’re at the finish line! Closing is when you legally transfer ownership of your home to the buyer. We’ll meet with the closing company to finalize paperwork and address any remaining issues. During this time, we’ll assist you in wrapping up details like canceling utilities, transferring accounts, and providing instructions for appliances staying in the home.
